It’s true what they say, you are never too old to learn.  With a military background,  I had an idea of what I was getting myself into when training with Dwain.  His experience, client dedication, and second to none training was far more than what my expectations were.  Within a month I could feel and see a difference.  I reduced my body fat while increasing lean muscle and strength.  Before we realized, I was leg pressing 1,000 pounds, bench pressing 250 pounds and curling over 100 pounds, keep in mind I’m only 5’1”.  It has been a pleasure and wonderful experience training with Dwain.  I now have a better understanding of weight training, proper eating, and health.
